Love this pan! A bit heavy, but manageable. The silicone cover for the small handle does get hot if you leave it on the pan while cooking, so make sure you remove it until you are ready to use it. Cleaning is a breeze. The heat distribution is fantastic - no hot or cold spots. Browned ground beef evenly and quickly. So far nothing is sticking to it. It looks amazing, and seems to be worth the $$. Time will tell if the coating lasts, but I have very high hopes. Read more

I love this frying pan! It's substantial, well made, and a quality pan with a lid. It's deep and would be great for frying chicken, or I can see me making a stir fry shrimp dish with lots of veggies. I made pork steak tonight and just used a couple of tablespoons of butter. No oil and no flour and it had a very crispy coating. Delicious. Very easy to clean. But one thing I need to mention is it was packed well and it came with a nice screwdriver to attach the handle and an extra screw. This is a quality skillet and lid and I'm going to check out what else they sell. Read more

Perfect pan, size and clean up.. What you need to know regarding how to use this pan: . This is not a high heat pan. Patience is needed to bring it up to temperature. Medium high to medium. . This might not be for you, especially if you like to, cook on Hi or Medium Hi. What I use it for: I use a pressure cooker and use the pan to saute and build up flavors. The pressure cooker has a limited surface area and can’t control the cooking process. When I achieve the desired levels of cooking, transfer to the pressure cooker. What I cook: Legumes Veggies, Saute chicken pieces Anything that requires multiple levels of building flavors. Love the pan, easy, well balanced and light weight. Worth a try.
