Great graphics card in theory and terrible battery(an unreasonable life expectancy)
First of all the battery refuses to maintain a charge after 1 week of use. I do not mean this in litteral services hours terms, but in less than 10 hrs of use terms. The only way the computer will turn on is if it's plugged in. The battery remains at a whopping 0% charge no matter how long you "charge" it for. 2nd The graphics card is great, in theory, however the build makes the package worthless. Its use is only applicable to basic things like Microsoft Office suite, etc. Do not use for gaming, even basic games(by today's standards) such as Rimworld, and any title produced by Paradox. New Dell laptop would not hold charge and company would not issue full refund when returned within 10 days to seller. Would not recommend purchases from Chief Computers-a jobber for computers. Not a reliable company. Read more
