Amazon Renewed is the only way to buy a secondary computer -- possibly a main computer. "Excellent" condition is spot on in which I only found a very smal cut on the rubber back edge of the screen, which doesn't in any way affect the functions and over-all appearance. I've done the Windows 11 Pro update and installed the apps and shortcuts to fit my uses. The picture on the Amazon site, from which I ordered, resembles a 2014 or so model, but mine is listed on the bottom as made in 2019 and is exactly as the current Dell 3190 2-in-1 laptop. Having two USB ports instead of one USB and one micro-SSD card slot is much better. The 90 day return/refund is a great selling point and a reason I decided to buy this laptop. I am very pleased with the laptop and glad I bought it. UPDATE on 03/22/23 My only complaint is the location of the Power Button. Too often, I accidentally press it and the laptop turns off. The button is on the right edge of the keyboard adjacent to the Shift Key. A flush button above the Esc or Delete key would be much better. Maybe Dell will make that adjustment in the next model version. Not that I needed them, but the seller did not include the Document Disks and Quick Reference Guide. Read more
