Issued this to a debt collector that needed access to my coaching materials in a settlement. Does the job for basic notation on hockey or soccer goalie net gap reaction to pass to scoring screening. Keyboard is meh, coaches opt for touchscreen keyboard mode. Functions of the hinge is better suited for tablet mode than tent. Great size if your teaching pitchers seam grip and pointing out the air movement across the seams based on velo release points by sketching them on the screen. Overall if you've used any model in this series before its better as a tablet mode device for coaching and more durable than a Surface Pro that many coaches like to hurl across the field. Read more

Purchased this for my 11yr to use for pass time and for school work, I was skeptical about a refurbish as i have had issue with that in the past. but this arrived very well packed and protected. I pulled it out and charged it over night, before wrapping it up for a Christmas present. I has performed as expected, its not a power house, but to watch youtube and do school work it works great, really love the touch screen and the ability to set it up on ends to watch videos. OMG i am in love /w this laptop. it got here 1 week early! got a free upgrade to windows 11, no extra cost. the battery life is amazing. can't even tell its a used computer; its just like brand new. speakers/sound is fine. screen size is a little small; that's okay. the RAM speed is lighting fast! needed a new laptop to replace the slow/laggy and old junk heap l had. everybody should buy from this seller/company! it is worth the money. you will love this laptop. so happy! ^_^ Read more
