Laptop doesn’t work. Company sells faulty products
Do not buy. Shortly after receiving the laptop, the keyboard and battery stopped working properly. I emailed the buyer and asked for a replacement. They sent me one which looked different than the previous one I had gotten, as if the first one they sent me was a used older model and not a new Latitude E7470. I tried it once I got and it worked. I tried it the next day, it worked. Perfect, right? Until… After not using the laptop for 2 months (it was fully charged and stored in a dry place; can’t take the battery out). I went to turn it on today because I need it, and guess what? The laptop doesn’t work! How awful and infuriating. I would give 0 stars if I could. Read more

The description said New. Knowing what it was I knew that was false but hoped it was new old stock, It's not. Minor wear and 30 minute battery life means it's well used. Good shape but used. It serves my purpose, so I'll keep. Read more

Arrived as promised, looks great, boots to win 8 pretty fast, screen is very good condition.
The description Seller has on Google Marketplace includes - Windows 10 pro. Laptop has NO operating system, vendor says: "the laptop description indicated the drive was wiped". So, nice laptop, NO instructions as to loading an OS. Not happy with this level of NON Help from the Vendor. Read more
