This Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse KM3322W set has been excellent for my home office setup. The wireless connection is solid and responsive with no lag or dropouts. Setup was plug-and-play simple—connected the USB receiver and everything worked immediately, no driver hunting or complicated pairing process. The keyboard has a comfortable typing feel with good key travel and spacing. It's quiet enough for shared spaces but still has satisfying tactile feedback. The full-size layout includes a number pad, which is essential for my work. Battery life has been impressive—I haven't had to change batteries yet after months of daily use. The mouse is comfortable for extended use and tracks accurately on my desk surface. The scroll wheel is smooth and the buttons are responsive. It's appropriately sized for everyday use without being too bulky or too small. Build quality feels solid throughout—typical reliable Dell construction. The wireless range is more than adequate for desktop use, and I can even use it from across the room if needed. For a no-nonsense, reliable wireless keyboard and mouse combo that just works, this Dell set is perfect. Great value for everyday computing. Highly recommend! Read more
The problem with the keyboard losing power (shutting off) was resolved by leaving the battery cover off. I shaved down the plastic slightly that holds the battery in place and problem is solved. Keyboard and mouse work perfectly. Read more

At the time of this review, I've had this Dell combo for almost 4 months. At the time of purchase, I had looked at multiple options for keyboard/mouse combos and landed on this one. There were a few reviews at the time that caught my attention, "keys stick," "mouse issues," etc but at the time I assumed they were one-offs. This product being a Dell, from Dell was enough for me to take a chance. I wish I had not. I'll start off by saying this combo is being used in an office setting during a normal M-F 9 to 5. There is no excessive wear and tear. Almost immediately, I started receiving a "mouse battery low" error, that is lovely enough to be shown as a pop up window that won't time out. You have to manually clear it from your display every time. This error came within the first two weeks of use. At first I thought, no problem, the batteries that shipped with them wasn't name brand, may have just been bad batteries. So I changed them to Duracell Pros. I still continually get this error daily even with the first set of new batteries and an additional set. Plus the pop up is annoying to have to clear multiple times throughout the day. Second issues with the mouse is that it looses its mind at least three of the five working days. It jumps from one portion of the screen to the other, 'double clicks' when I only click once so every email I click on opens up or pages/items move when I don't want them to, etc. Overall, bad mouse. The keyboard does not fair better. The keys do stick. Badly. Again, this started happening early into the purchase, probably a month. It's annoying as well especially when its the function keys or Enter, then all kinds of background tasks are trying to open and I can't do anything except for turn the keyboard off and rake the keys trying to unstick the one that's stuck. With the issues between the two devices this combo is definitely a distraction and not in a good way. Read more

I use this with my Dell laptop. Simple to use - just install batteries, plug in the USB dongle and it works! No further set up. Went from box to use in under 60 seconds. Longer to unpack than set up! Read more
