I love the look of this faucet, but it wasn’t easy to install, and after getting the hot and cold handles on and we went to put the water faucet on, we realized it was missing the threaded anchor shank, which was supposed to be part of the faucet. As a result, we were not able to install the water faucet. In speaking with a Delta rep, we learned that it’s not a piece we can be sent in the mail to put in ourselves and a whole new faucet would need to be ordered. Very disappointed as this was the finishing touch to a long bathroom remodeling project. Read more

We ordered 3 sets of this Delta Faucet Ashlyn Widespread Bathroom Faucet 3 Hole (Matte Black Bathroom Faucet Black). They arrived on time in good shape. The contractor who is doing our bathroom renovation has installed all the 3 faucets. They look beautiful. However, I noticed the products we received do not have brand name of "DELTA" on the faucet as shown on the product in the website. I am wondering if we have received the right product! Why does the appearance of the product not match the image as shown on Amazon website? I have included a picture of the product we just installed. Read more

Ordered faucet because it matched the shower valve assembly I had installed and payed extra for next day delivery. New unopened box received and during installation realized parts were missing All packages inside box were original and unopened. Called Delta customer service as suggested and was informed that they could not help me and I would need to contact Amazon. Returned for refund and chose another brand because I was not willing to risk ordering another of the same brand and it being also short on parts. This is a very easy faucet to install as long as the rest of your set up is complete. My drain was too far from the spout so Delta sent me longer ones that would work. They said normally it would cost me but how ridiculous is that!? I gave this 5 stars because of how these look, how easy they are to install and the fact that Delta gave me the extension rods for free. I have three of these and they all work great.
