Was scaptical to spend this much money on a faucet. I know Delta is the top of a line and it definitely shows with this vessel faucet. It is solid metal, heavy and clean design. Had no issues installing it whatsoever. We put clear silicone around the base (photo shows white, the silicone wasn't dry yet). Worth the money! Read more

delayed replacement under warranty

Delta delivered an improperly manucatured faucet with the wrong line connections and hook up. Delta was called and they offered a replacement under warranty agreement. A month later we are still waiting for the replacement. I was told it must be manufactured and that they are waiting parts. Different calls have yielded different shipping dates but none have actually happened. Delayed the refund now so long it is no longer available so just sitting here waiting for Delta to do their job. 1 month and counting. It's a $600 faucet. You would think they could do better. This is probably the worst design for plumbing I've ever seen. The water lines are fine but this have this 3rd pipe and it's so short it's nearly impossible not to bend. And once you do is over. It won't unbend. So it's literally trash after it bends. This nightmare is going back right now. Read more
