This piece is beautiful and looks great on our tub My concerns are : 1. When diverting water to the handheld unit, there is a significant decrease in water flow initially. My husband was able to do something to increase the water flow but as-is and right out of the box, don't expect the handheld to work properly. 2. Really disappointed in the cost of this unit considering that you must purchase a separate $250.00 rough in kit as well. Read more

Beautiful but the handheld spray does not have a full flow of water. It drips slowly and we are unable to rinse the tub or ourselves off. If it were not fully installed beneath our tile we would send it back. Instead we are stuck with this!!!! A huge waste of money!!! Very Disappointing. Read more
