Delta Lahara Centerset Chrome Bathroom Faucet 4 Inch 3 Hole Bathroom Sink Faucet for Vanity Metal Push-Pop Drain

The faucet in my master bathroom was 20 years old and due to be upgraded. After 20 years of using a single handle faucet I decided to go back to a two handle model. I looked at a lot of faucets I settled on the Delta Lahara and am very happy with my decision. This is a very nice faucet. The faucet has modern, elegant, clean look that fits well in the bathroom. I really like the fact the spout is higher than the old faucet. It makes hand washing and using the faucet in general much more handy, especially for us taller folks. The handles are silky smooth in their operation. The stopper rod sits up high up in back of the faucet making it easy to get to and use. Installation was pretty much like any other faucet and uneventful. A couple of things that do make it a little simpler is the fact this faucet uses PEX supply lines (32" in length) that hook up directly to the angle-stops so once the faucet is in place you just run the hot/cold lines directly to the stops with no intermediate line required. Also, the faucet is secured to the counter top by a couple of large, hand tightened (plastic) nuts from underneath. Props should be given to the supplied drain and pop-up assembly. It is all metal (except for the pop-up itself) and of very high quality. Much better than the unit it replaced. The pop-up has a rubber sealing surface on the bottom so you are assured of water tight seal and no slow leaks when you fill the sink. With the PEX supply lines and diamond seal vavles this faucet will probably outlast me. Recommended. Read more

A few years ago I bought this faucet for my master bathroom to replace an older fixture. It not only works great, but it is very easy to clean and even my plumber said it was one of the best he had ever seen. Now that my fancy dancy fixture in the guest bathroom has sprung a little leak I decided to buy another and am very glad I did. Read more

This faucet is beautiful. Installed fine, no leaks, no noise, all good. But the gorgeous high arch above my particular sink and drain is causing some splattering. I have to dry off the counter after nearly every use. Not sure I would recommend because of that. No other review mentions this so maybe it's my particular sink setup. Read more

This faucet is superb and beautifully crafted. Unlike some cheaper faucets, this one feels very sturdy and well built. It comes with very easy to understand installation instructions. The only problem is that it doesn't come with a very good seal for the bottom: a paper thin piece of foam. It states in the instructions that you will need to use silicone on the foam to build it up if your installing it on an uneven surface, but my surface was perfectly flat and level and it for sure needed silicone due to the thin nature of the foam bottom piece.
