The level of detail in these books is incredible. I highly recommend this book in particular but really any of the ones in the series. Dr. Killeen does an incredible job of presenting is detail everything you need to know from A to Z with screenshots, spreadsheets, guides, etc. I wish I had this book from day 1 Read more

We had a change in quite a few front office staff. With this book, it ended up being a great thing. We were able to implement many systems to improve the customer experience. From answer phones to payment options to learning dental insurance it is a great learning resource. The book is heavy on specific software Open dental/flex--but should be applicable if you have updated software--if not then it is probably time to update. Read more
Overall this is a great manual to help you create systems and protocols for the office. The book will list various examples as well as include verbiage which has greatly helped my staff improve their communicate skills with patients. I wish some of the photos were a bit clearer and it does lean heavy on Open Dental but I’m pretty satisfied with the book. Read more
