I purchased 3 products for comparison, all size large. The Depend Fresh Protection was the most efficient and comfortable for me. Always Discreet Postpartum was acceptable even though I am well past pregnancy age. The Always Discreet Adult leaked through the leg opening which was disappointing and a grotesque experience.
