This derma stamp has 30 thin short needles (0.25mm), and is designed to poke micro-holes into your skin's surface while also treating your skin with whatever you put in the receptacle. The concern I have with this is, "How do I thoroughly sanitize this before and after use?" In a dermatologist's office, they generally have a device that sterilizes equipment, but at home, while I can use rubbing alcohol, I'm not 100% sure I can fully sanitize this. Being immuno-compromised, that makes me leary to use this, especially on my face. It is easy to use. I've tried it on "practice" tattoo skin (meant to simulate skin for practice tattooing. It is functional, though I don't know that it is THAT much easier to use this to microneedle and apply serum simultaneously vs. just applying my chosen serum right after (allowing me to keep my expensive serum in their original bottle). This Hydra Needle is amazing! It’s easy to use and feels gentle on the skin. The 0.25mm needles are perfect for beginners not painful at all but still very effective. At first I was pleasantly surprised. Glass bottle, quality looked great, up until I turned the dial and nothing happened. I understand .25 isn’t much, but dialing it to 3 will not change the needle length. There barely any needles to see or feel . Half of them poke thru the plastic maybe 0.01mm, and the other half you won’t see at all. Super disappointed Read more
