I was really hopeful about these hydration packets since I usually love Designs for Health products, but they missed the mark on this one. The flavor is not great, and I found myself struggling to finish the drink. The formula also contains about half the sodium of the other, more popular brand I use, making it less effective for replenishing electrolytes. For the price and the quantity, I expected a better flavor and a stronger electrolyte balance. Unfortunately, this one was a disappointment for me. Read more
