Peptides are intriguing
I've been hearing a lot about peptides in sports science lately, so I was happy at the opportunity to try some. PeptiStrong is supposed to increase protein synthesis and aid recovery. I'm on a lean bulk muscle building phases and I've been taking this before bed with a protein shake. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused any digestive issues. I've been recovering well between workouts and gaining some mass, but it's hard to tell how much impact this supplement is having since hypertrophy is a slow process. I like that it's made in a GMP facility in the US. Read more
