We ended up getting two of these, one for each of us. They're much lighter and better than the office chairs we had before. Decent lumbar support. At least for us (we're both short), the arms are high enough to use as momentary arm rests but short enough not to get in the way. The assembled chairs are more than roomy enough for us, but if you weigh over 250 pounds, they might not be. (No way for me to tell.) The assembly instructions aren't great, but once you figure out what they're trying to say, it only takes a few minutes to assemble the chair. (When they say "don't fasten the screws," they mean "don't tighten them all the way yet" so you can properly line up the next set of screws.) The only hard part is pushing the casters into the legs. (Some of them resist. A tap of a mallet can help.) I'd recommend this chair to anyone I know. Read more

This chair was very easy to set up, and once assembled looks just as advertised and is very comfortable. Definitely a great value for the price you pay. The gas pump that pushes the chair up and down is also working great too, haven't had any issues. The seat is nice and wide, being on the firmer side but not too firm that it causes discomfort. I've never had a product as bad as this one. It's hell to assemble it, check the other reviews that mention the problem with the wheels, I had the same problem. It's impossible to get the wheels in and although the instructions have a video, it shows another product, so maybe they used to have a good chair and they are not selling it anymore. Even after a handyman and I got the wheels in, two of them rolled out a couple of times after a few hours of me using the chair (I weight 120 lbs. so I doubt it was about the weight), and I almost fell twice. I'll contact the company to see if I get other wheels/parts The seat is also uncomfortable and it doesn't feel ergonomic at all. I'm currently using it at the office, the high back fits great and the arch is great too. When I purchased the chair I thought it read that I could set it to lean back but maybe I misread that function.Im enjoying sitting in the chair, it's a great price too. Read more
