1. The blade steel has held up well to constant sharpening. 2. Very satisfied with the blade, length, and flex of the blade. 3. The Polypropylene handle finish is rough (for grip). That design is very hard to keep clean. Stains stay in the rough finish pivots. Never looks clean. Read more
