Boning knife was the best one
Used this set to do a 500 lb hog. I have small hands even for a girl so these handles didn’t feel very good but they should be okay for most men. The blades did good but had to be sharpened during processing. Never chipped or bent. They were easy to clean. And my hand never slipped off the handle. Still using them to slice bacon and cooked hams. Good value overall if you just need a decent set. Read more

These are much better than knives that cost a lot more. I bought a few different knives to process deer, and most of them were double what this set cost. These knives are all around better. They hold an edge better. They are more articulate. They feel better in hand. And most importantly, they are cost effective. If you are processing an animal, these knives will flat out preform most of the $100 plus knives you can buy. Read more
