Stopped working within a month
The flavor button has never worked since day one. What prompted me to return this pot was that the plain porridge function stopped working when I used it the second time. The company should have a better quality control system in place. Read more
The product does not last
The media could not be loaded. I have used the product for only three months and it’s already broken. At first I was just going to leave it and maybe buy another one from another company but I thought about it I should let you guys know because we pay hundred something dollars for this pot . we expected it’s really useful because it’s from Amazon. I have been Amazon prime for a very long time and I like their products a lot so I just want to let you guys know this product wasn’t satisfied me like how all the other supplies are. And I don’t know that is it still under warranty or not but it will be nice if you guys will let other people know. Read more
