The instructions are clear, and a tracking chart is included. You are encouraged to use the QR code on the instructions for a calculation of the range of readings to expect, but you have to register with a credit card and there is a $59.99 per month fee. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 star rating. Read more

Great for the Price
My doctor recommended I get a peak flow monitor due to my asthma issues. This monitor works great for the price. It beeps kind of loudly when you turn it on and it beeps when it automatically turns off. Unfortunately you can’t turn it off with the power button (it only turns the device on) but since it shuts off automatically after not using, there’s no issues with battery life. You can set up the device phone app to feed into your Apple health data which is great. Read more
