The baskets are great! The lining is nice because it is machine washable. However, 2 things I have noted: the elastic band on the liner has worn out quickly and one of the baskets has gotten moldy despite trying to keep them clean and dry. I've soaked the basket in a diluted bleach bath with hot water and the problem remains. Otherwise these are good for sourdough beginners. Read more

I have had my Banneton baskets for over 6 months and this is my second order since I needed 4. They have held up great and since they stack they save storage space. Be sure to flour the fabric and let the fabric dry between uses since it will be damp when you get your dough out of the fridge. Read more
