This is comfortable, no smell at all, very well made. Seemed a little weirdly shaped at first, but understood it the first night I slept with it. It does take a little getting used to if you're switching from a standard pillow. I especially love that it stays so cool. I am still adjusting to it, but I really do think it helps my shoulders to be more relaxed. I don't have a lot of pain, just some stiffness in my shoulders when I wake up. I sleep on my stomach, so ultimately this might not work for me, but worth trying. (My grandson loved it right away.) As a side sleeper with shoulder pain, I’ve been searching for the right cervical pillow for a while. Unfortunately, this one didn’t work for me. I still experienced shoulder pain and often woke up in the middle of the night, switching back to my old pillow. The design includes hand placement areas, but I found them awkward and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the pillow is firm and had no odor, which is a nice change from some foam pillows. Choosing a pillow is very personal, so I think this is one of those products you just have to try for yourself. I have been sleeping on this pillow for a couple of weeks now and I do like it. I am a stomach sleeper, who was trying to transition to sleeping on my back. I do think this pillow has helped me to be more comfortable doing that. I like that you can turn it different ways to get different heights. The definitely helps me be more comfortable. I like the materials that’s made out of. Seems to be really great quality for the price. Easily the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. I have never slept better. A must have pillow for side sleepers and people who struggle to fall asleep on their backs. One long edge is better for sleeping on your back while the other long edge is good for both side and back sleeping positions. Very well balanced memory foam. Not too dense but plenty of support. This is a lovely pillow. It’s big and takes up a bit of space. Pushes me down my bed to the point my feet hang off the edge but I’m also 6’2” so ymmv.
