This is a nice little speaker, nothing of professional quality or anything, but for what it is, pretty darn good to the average ear. Where it lacks for me is my personal like of video game display. That's not Divoom's fault whatsoever, there's a lot of variety, but I enjoy the Mario and Zelda displays, but there are maybe 3 of them that look correct on it. The app has a ton of variety, so much I haven't even looked through it all, but if you are wanting this to display video game characters or scenes, look into a bigger one perhaps, since only the 8 bit games are really capable, and the variety is pretty low. But again, nice little speaker and very crisp display! Read more

Really awesome and vibrant! The sound quality on this is great. It’s a really fun item to mess with and try all the different functions with. Every time I try something new on it, it’s a surprise. Really love how it has different screens for music that are interactive as well! Overall a really fun product to have and it looks amazing as well. Read more

Cute Bluetooth speaker. Love that it’s customizable and that you can create any design you want I pixel form! The speaker is great quality, and the battery lasts a long time. The brightness can be changed and can get very high and low. The functionality of the app is very good and syncs well with the phone. It’s the perfect size for a nightstand clock. Read more

Not to be dramatic but I use this as my speaker to watch movies from my laptop. Maybe I’m tripping but it sounds like I’m a movie theater when I’m watching movies lol also the battery shocked me. It also stayed on for 8+ hours on battery. Definitely worth the purchase. Also looks cool on your desk or wherever you decide to put it. 😎 Read more

The media could not be loaded. It's a great device and the LED's on it are stunning. The speakers are loud and the sound quality is also great. The pixel art available is pretty awesome, as well as the (limited) ability of being able to create art yourself. If you're able to get to the point of making art, the screen updates live as you're creating something, which I thought was pretty nice. That brings me to the actual issue. While, itself the product is great, to use the iPhone app you have to be borderline schizophrenic or willingly oblivious to your desires of wanting to achieve a simple task or customization on a device you paid so much money for. The confusion which the app brings, makes it unbearable to use. I ended up having to choose simple artwork that I found and leave it at that as I don't want to ruin it. What initially drew me to this device in particular was the 5th photo, which is labeled 'Smart Clock'. Although it looks really nice in the photo, in actual reality, the border around the numbers is not a perfectly aligned square, which is absolutely ridiculous to me as it shows that the company had to make an altered image just to promote a product. And the fact that they put actual time and effort into falsifying something as minuscule as a perfectly aligned border, out of all things, is what makes it even crazier. I know that it might seem like I am being dramatic, but I got it for a specific reason as I really like things to be in perfect alignment around me. Whether that be the placement of something, or lines connecting a box on a clock which I have to see all day. To top it all off, you also cannot change the color of the border. It makes me truly wonder what the 'developer' was doing, as they were incapable of performing the 1 job they were supposed to, which was to make a useable app. Ultimately, the physical product is great, but the app needs to be completely remade by someone who actually knows how to code, knows what User Experience is, will actually use the app to see what they put on there, and most important of all, has the slightest sense of reality. If you're able to live without having to ever use the app besides the first time, then I definitely recommend it. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this thing 2 years ago and still works flawlessly (left on 24/7). The customization on this thing is pretty neat (phone app), you can create your animations/images or use community created ones. Create custom slideshows of 9 animations or use the "cloud channel" to cycle through the top 100 rated community created animations of the month all while still displaying the time! The speaker works good enough and the battery life isnt the best but it isnt meant to be a portable speaker, more of a desk piece that you can move around the house if needed. The screen is bright and vibrant with each pixel being outlined which makes them "pop". Read more

Shuts off randomly even when plugged in and it seems to no longer holds a charge. I never really got a chance to use it very often, but I have to unplug and replug in the device multiple times before I can get it to turn on. You can and can’t customize much on it in terms of having cycling graphics. Updates never really added anything new to the overall customization. Sound quality wasn’t the best either and now I can’t even get it to play audio clearly anymore. It always starts distorting certain tones after a few seconds, and also has a hard time connecting to Bluetooth. It’s just barely hanging on serving as a digital clock, and that’s all it’s capable of now. For the price and expectation of this device, I would never buy another one from this brand. Read more
