My husband and I have been wanting a bidet for years but didn’t want the expense of buying one and paying someone to install it. When I saw this Ultra-Slim Bidet Attachment, I knew I had to try it. First, let me say we are not handy people. AT ALL. We usually end up hiring someone for even the simplest tasks. I’ve had this bidet sitting on the counter for over a month, basically begging one of us to install it. Today, I finally broke down and gave it a try myself. The instructions start off really clear, then suddenly shift into assuming you know what you’re doing. I didn’t even know if I needed to turn off the water at the toilet (duh), so I didn’t. A little water came out when I disconnected the hose, and I quickly turned it off after that. I ran into some trouble connecting the T-adapter back to the water source mostly because of the angle and length of my existing hose and the one provided. After fiddling with it for a while, I realized I needed to do the steps almost backwards. I unscrewed the hose from the water source first, attached the T-adapter to that hose, then connected the T-adapter to the water source. Finally, I attached the bidet hose to the remaining side of the T-adapter. That setup worked better for me because of the hose lengths, how stiff they are, and the tight space next to the toilet. Installing the actual attachment was easy enough, but our toilet seat isn’t standard, so we had to rig it a bit just to get into test mode. Still, the bidet works wonderfully and there are no leaks! This thing is life changing! I totally get the hype now. We’re going to save money on toilet paper and be fresher and cleaner, and it’s better for the environment too. At first, we thought the high/low settings referred to water pressure, and I told my husband it was really only good for a #2. But later I looked back at the listing and realized it’s actually referring to body area. Tried that out and....Wow! That’s quite a cleaning! The bottom line is that this is a great product! Even with our weird setup, it only took about 45 minutes to install. It looks nice on the toilet and isn’t intrusive. I will be purchasing toilet seat bumpers or something to close the gap between the seat and the bowl, but that’s just because our toilet isn’t standard. If I had one suggestion, it’d be for the instructions. They started off strong, but they could really use a more detailed, true step-by-step guide for folks like us who aren’t exactly DIY pros. That would’ve made the whole process even smoother. For the cost, it’s absolutely worth trying, especially if it’s your first bidet! I say go ahead and grab this baby, even if you weren’t planning on it. It’s reasonably priced and totally worth the try. You’ll thank me later! Read more

PROS Very high pressure Easy to Install Easy to fine-tune pressure Great price CONS Lacks a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter May interfere with toilet seat closing ---- This is my second manual bidet. I also own toilet seat with built-in bidet, which overall is the better and more professional-looking product. However, for this price, I'd recommend this retrofit bidet kit almost as highly—especially for renters and those on a budget. It functions very well, to the extent that I can't use it at full water pressure. Thankfully the valve handle is large and easy to control, so you should have no trouble finding the right amount of pressure for you. Installation was also incredibly easy. A small wrench is included, which is nice, but there were some unfortunate omissions that ended up costing me extra money. Specifically, the included t adapter is made for 3/8" threads. If your water supply has a 1/2" thread, as mine does, you'll have to purchase a t-adapter with male and female 1/2" connections and one 3/8" male connection. I don't know how common it is for people to have a 1/2" water supply, but it's important to check yours to see if you'll need to purchase an extra part. Also, my toilet seat doesn't fully close over the bidet. I'll probably need to purchase some seat bumper extenders and find a way of raising the seat a bit where it screws onto the toilet. I have a Bemis elongated wooden soft-close seat. I used the included plumber's tape on all connections, and I haven't had any leakage after a week of use. I would point out that because the control handle is so large, one should be careful to make sure things can't fall on it and accidentally turn the water on. Read more

This is a nice toilet bidet. Quite easy to install and had most of the things needed to install it. There were no leaks after the install and it works really great. It has good pressure and both spray options work great. I like that it pops down to spray and then disappears back in so that it's not exposed. Its well worth is and a nice way to clean after you do the deed. Read more

For under $30 the Ultra-Slim Bidet Attachment works amazingly well. It fits nicely on out one piece toilet. It was easy to install. Installation took under 10 minutes, and the kit came with a little wrench, which was the only tool needed. The little suction cups hold the bidet in place. This little bidet has a lot of cleaning power. It can squirt a couple feet across the room if no one is sitting on the toilet. The best advice is to turn it on gently when using. Turn it up bit by bit until you reach the correct water pressure for your own comfort. It only has cold water, but it does the job for cleaning. It's not the bidet that we have in the master bathroom, which costs almost 20 times more than this bidet. But this one does the job. And the expensive bidet wouldn't fit on the one piece toilet. When I saw this bidet, I got excited and ordered it right away. I have been using a bidet for a few years not and it has change my hygiene forever. I feel way more hygenic and cleaner than ever before. I don't even want to use the restroom outside my house. I thought I would go ahead and get this one to put on my other bathroom toilet. However, I didn't pay attention on the installation before I ordered it. My toilet and toilet seat do not have any space to install it on. Right after the seat goes immediately to its opening. I thought I would go ahead and give it to my sister but her toilet was the same way. However, the quality of it looks great and ideally it would be super simple to install. The price isn't bad either. Just check before you buy! Read more
