Thought I was getting five jars as well but got one jar and 4 bags. I've used these before and if it's sticky, it's too old. One bag was sticky and I opened another and it is fine. I had an old jar and put it in. Haven't opened the other too packets. I'll buy Colorcoral next time. That also was sticky my first time but they replaced it right away and they work great on keyboards, car interiors, etc. Read more

I purchased the four pack of magic clean. One container was opened and used very little - I was just seeing what it could do. I put the product back in the original container with the lid on tight. I looked at it again this morning, and it is complete liquid with a disc of mold floating on the top. I checked the other containers and they are fine but they have not been opened yet. The package says it has a 24 month warranty, but from whom? Maybe this is a fluke or maybe this product is use it once, and its done. So if your plan was to use it more than once, I suggest a different product. Really disappointed. This product was stored in a heated garage, so this is not a temperature abuse issue. Read more
