I had to replace my dogs old bed, which she loved and has had for MANY years. I ordered this one because it wasn't "poofy" and it was similar to the same thickness as her old bed. It takes her awhile to get used to new things, so I really didn't think she would take to it right away. I put it down and she actually got right on it and fell asleep! I had tried a few others prior to this one and she didn't even step on them. This one was perfect for her! The bed is as described as far as thickness and size. The cover is soft, and the bed itself is a good thickness for support. She seems comfortable on it as she fell right to sleep. It comes vacuumed sealed, but was easy to assemble. Color was as pictured. Fabric quality was excellent! But, it was not fluffy as pictured. It was not firm, but flat even when expanded fully. Dimensions were as described. You could put maybe a mattress topper inside of it to make it more firm, but that defeats the purpose. Read more
