This FURTIME bed is a hit in my house—especially with my foster girl, Biggie-Smallz. She’s a compact mini bully (bigger than a Frenchie, smaller than a standard Staffie, weighing in at 40lbs), and she curls into the medium size beautifully. It is snug on her, though, so if you’re on the fence or your dog likes to bring toys to bed, I’d size up. The bolstered sides are a big win for my doggie playcare crowd as well; every dog who passes her personal space tries to back their butt right into it. Those raised edges really do give them that little “crib wall” sense of security, plus a comfy place to rest a chin or drape a neck. The teddy-fleece cover is wonderfully soft and attractive enough, and the removable zipper design makes weekly washing easy—my standard M.O. because of the dog traffic in my home-based dog daycare and boarding business. I’ll be honest: I’m always going to wish dog beds came with fully washable filling, but that’s the industry, not this bed. I wrap the inserts in plastic to keep them clean, which does reduce some breathability, but unless I start designing my own line of dog beds (not happening), this is the tradeoff. At least all the inserts are easily removable for airing out, and the cover launders well, dries quickly, and comes out looking fluffy instead of matted (clean tennis balls in the dryer is the key secret). It arrived vacuum-packed and fluffed up within a day, and the anti-slip bottom keeps it from skittering across my floors when someone comes barreling in for a nap. For a medium bed with bolsters, supportive foam filling, and a washable cover, it’s a solid everyday choice—especially in multi-dog homes where beds get “borrowed” frequently. Biggie has claimed it as her own, and the rest of the crew agrees she has excellent taste. With the extreme use and weekly laundering, we will likely get a good year out of this bed, which speaks A. So my baby is a Morkie poo, and he is about 15lbs and wears a Medium in dog clothes. He needed a new bed as his old one had a hole thanks to himself. He loves his bed. The bed came air tight packaged, but no problem shaping to its expectations. I didn't notice any bad, strong smell and nothing that kept him away either. It feels soft and I bet it's comfortable or he wouldn't lay on it if it wasn't. It was easy to place the cover over so I'm sure it'll be easy to take off for washing as I haven't tried washing just yet. A month later the bed material is still intact. As for the price, I only buy things on sale or clearance for my dog since I'm not sure how long it'll last, but this price of $43 is not something I would do and seems just over priced vs those in store for Medium sized dogs. Very nice, well made medium size dog bed. It also can be used for cats. It is soft and comfy. It is washable. I haven't had to wash it yet, so I can't comment on how well it does in the wash. It is a good value. Read more

I love the fact that this dog bed has a removable cover. This is rare to find for this style but this bed is LOUD. It sounds like a bean bag from the 90s. We decided to use it in the car because it very loud when the dog steps on it or moves. Read more

My two chihuahuas love their new bed!! I have this doggy crate that they love to get in together during the day, you can see it in my photo. Well I did just have a nice thick quilt in their little crate for them to lay on, they would lay on it and cover up with it. I took the quilt out and put their new doggy bed in there to lay in and I got them a little blanket to go in there so they can lay in the bed and cover up with the blanket. They really love their bed to death though! It is so so super soft!! I couldn't believe how soft the bottom of this bed really is. Whatever it's made out of I almost wish my mattress was made out of it because it is just so comfortable. My male chihuahua is going on 10 years old so his bones are starting to get old and brittle so I'm really glad that I got this bed for him to lay down in I know that it has to be helping his old bones and making him feel better. My dog loves this bed. He usually uses it in the bedroom, but he will drag it into the living room if we are up too late and he wants to lay down, but still be close to us. It is well made, very comfortable (apparently) and easy to clean. It goes right in the washing machine and I just dry it on medium heat with a couple tennis balls in there to keep it fluffy. It is the perfect size and requires zero assembly. The price is reasonable for this size of dog bed. Read more
