For the price this is an amazing harness. It's strong, it fits my hound well and it's easy to put on. The only downside is that is slides on his back a little, but not enough for it to really bother him, or me. Again, for the price this is an *amazing* dog harness. Read more
I have a Great Pyrenees that I couldn't really control well by a regular collar and leash but this harness has made all the difference in the world. It fits him well and he seems to like having it on. He is much easier to manage with this harness. The size was not an issue either although I wondered if it would fit. He is 122lbs, and it fits him just fine with some room to grow! Great quality and durability! Great product! Read more
So far so good. I am still tweaking the straps to find a good fit. He measures neck 18 inches, chest 32 and length 18 and weighs close to 50 lbs. The size large has plenty of room for adjustments. It seems sturdy and comfortable on him although it tends to slide to the side as we walk along. I may just have to tighten it down more? Overall, the handle on the top is the main reason I purchased. He is an old dog and sometimes his back legs get weak and I need to be able to lift him up should he fall. It's been just a few weeks of daily use and I dont see any areas of concern. Read more
This is a really nice dog harness, especially for the price. I love the front section and how it sits well on the chest. The adjustability of all the straps is really appreciated. My only concern is that the chest straps have no padding, so I am not sure if they will rub or not. Time will tell if it works well for longer hikes. Otherwise it is super easy to take on and off and light weight. I am very happy with this purchase! (Doberman puppy is 50lbs in the pictures.) Read more
I was very happy with this strong, well made harness. I researched many before selecting yours. The one time I tried it on my 80 lb pit bull, he did everything possible to get it off of him! He was used to a harness too. 🤷♀️ I did notice the strap near his private area seemed to be the issue. I did loosen it, and that didn’t help, as then the top would not stay on well enough. That’s to bad because this is such a nice looking and well built harness🤦🏼♀️I still believe this is a five star product for the money, I just think my dog is becoming a picky cat instead. I had high hopes for this dog harness for large dogs, but unfortunately I had to return it because it was not big enough for my dog. While it is labeled for large dogs, the sizing ran smaller than expected and did not fit properly even after adjusting the straps. Because of this, it wasn’t usable for us, which was disappointing since the overall design seemed well thought out. That said, the harness itself appeared to be well made. The material felt sturdy and durable, and the padding looked like it would be comfortable for a dog if the fit were correct. The buckles and straps seemed strong, and the harness design looked like it would provide good control and support during walks. Putting the harness on was straightforward, and the adjustment points were easy to access, even though they weren’t enough to make it fit my larger dog. Pros: • Sturdy material and solid construction • Padding appears comfortable for dogs • Easy to put on and adjust • Design looks supportive and secure Cons: • Runs small for a “large dog” harness • Adjustment range is limited for bigger breeds • Did not fit as expected, resulting in a return Overall, this harness may work well for medium or smaller large-breed dogs, but it was not suitable for truly large or broad-chested dogs.
