OE fit and finish. Extremely simple swap on these for the 2017 5.3 v8. Slide breathe overflow hose clamp off and pull off of top (pro move, stick it in the reservoir), remove the upper radiator hose clamp and slide it off (you will lose some coolant this way, have some top off/mix for after), remove the 3 10mm bolts, remove previous thermostat assembly, plop the new one in, and then reassemble in reverse. Once all hoses are clamped and everything is tight, start the vehicle, run the heater at max until operating temp, top off coolant. Done. Read more
