I have tears in my shoulder and this brace helps. I bought the double one because my other shoulder is showing the same symptoms. The size is a little large, but it is not uncomfortable. The function of this brace works for me, and it is good quality. I highly recommend this item! Read more
I have had 2 rotator cuff surgeries with the last one being 1yr ago. I am a side sleeper and have never been able to sleep on my back. I have slept in constant pain ever since. Not even sleep medication would help keep me asleep without waking up in pain. I had forgotten what it was like to get a full nights sleep until I bought this. I've only slept with this on for 2 days but they have been the best 2 days for me. It is a little tricky to get on. First time there was a bit of trial and error to get it comfortable considering I can not reach behind my back but after getting it right I had no problems afterwards. I research for hours on every thing I buy and nothing really stood out. But I took a chance and I'm glad I did. This may not be everyone's cup of tea but if you have lived/slept in pain at least try it. The worst thing is you won't like and have to return it. Also, for me personally, I sized 1 up. Please try and don't give up because you may get aggravated trying to tweek it. It's well worth it Read more
Didn't work from day 1, too bulky, very difficult to put on without another person assisting with the back straps. Read more
I play cello and my R arm is my bow arm. I have inoperable rotator cuff injury (Dr. offered to replace the whole joint, but that would result in reduced range of motion.) I've thrown away 4 shoulder braces, including the much more expensive Donjoy. With this brace, I can play all day and pain never gets bad.. Don't think that if you have one painful shoulder, you don't need a brace for both shoulders. Pulling against my L shoulder allows the brace to pull harder on my painful R shoulder. The size guide had me order XL--it was way too big. The L was also too big, I ended up with the M. If the brace is too large, it can't exert enough pressure on the painful shoulder. If the one you receive has extra material around the shoulder, get a smaller one. Addendum after 7 months: It still helps no less than when new. One strip of "Velcro" around the arm isn't holding as well, and sometimes comes loose during use. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Read more
It technically works and there's few double shoulder braces on the market. That being said, there are some pros and cons. For context, I am a woman, 30's , medium to large breasts, Fibromyalgia (chronic pain) , needed this because I dislocated in my sleep so needed something to sleep in and keep me tight Starting with the pros: - Good support - Didn't feel like I'd dislocate wearing it Now the areas of improvement: - Not very comfortable , kinda felt strangled - My breasts felt like they were in a fetish festival, they were squeezed through the holes, no idea if they go over or under or through as there are no pictures of women with real breasts on it. If you're blessed enough to fit into it, it might work great. If you're blessed enough to have healthy sized melons, then this may not work for you. Also this requires support in putting on if you're using it for post-shoulder-related injury reasons, youll need a +1 to strap you in if you have limited range of motion. Read more

Shoulder deltoid cups way too big for its size. If i cinch it up it restricts breathing but not holding my shoulders any tighter. If it is for shoulder injuries the tightening straps should effect the deltoid area not the chest Read more
My brother loved it, came in perfectly post dual shoulder surgery. He squares by them. Which I could find a few more. Plus, he bragged of size, fit, color, and overall user ability. Read more
