I really wanted to like this product, but it only stays cold for about 10 minutes. My Doctor suggested 15-20 minutes of cold therapy 2-3x/day, do this didn't work for me. It was also very big on my bicep. I am an average sized woman, and it just wasn't tight enough. The biggest con for me was the way it attached. If you have any should problem (which I assume you do if you are buying this) then it is very hard to adjust with the velcro. You need 2 good arms, not just one. The velcro is very tight and hard to line up perfectly, therefore, it rubbed against my skin. I did return this item, and did a little more research and found one that worked great for me.
