I was pleasantly surprised by just how easy this was to assemble. The instructions were pretty clear, all necessary tools were provided, and everything fit together quite well. The material looks and feels premium, definitely beyond what I would expect for something at this price point, and the inclusion of both lumbar and neck massage functions, together with a footrest for reclining, is solid. That its not ostentatious in design or coloration is even better! The seat itself is quite good, with a cushion that is firm enough to be supportive without being uncomfortable, armrests which adjust intelligently based on how you recline the chair, and lumbar and neck supports that do double duty as massage units. The massage function actually is really relaxing, just what I need to get the knots out of my muscles after a long day! Using does mean that the chair has to be plugged in, as there's no battery pack, but honestly not really an issue as I mostly use the massage function when I'm not actively working. The listing is reasonably accurate with regards to how tall of a person it can accommodate. I sit in it fine, but I suspect someone much taller than I am (5'10") might have some issues. This Dowinx gaming chair is legit! Took me 35 minutes to assemble unboxing and followed easy directions. It’s really comfortable and roomy. I’m 240lbs and the chair stay stable and no wiggles like others I’ve tried. The height adjustment is easy to reach and fits you leg length. The material looks good with faux carbon fiber accents. Value for the money, it is well built and looks to last a long time. The massage for lumbar and neck are nice to kick back and relax. The buttons are easy to access on the sides. I needed a new chair—I work from home, and my previous chair was getting wobbly after years of use and zillions of hours sitting in front of my computer. 😅 I was intrigued by the heat and massage features this chair offers, as when my workday is done, I usually put my feet up on my desk and watch something fun to unwind. Add some heat and massage to that unwind time? Sign me up! The hardness of the desk and high angle were making my knees protest, so having a footrest was also something I was interested in. It's super easy to put together; the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The massage features work like a charm! It took some finagling to get the neck thingy at the proper height for me, but I'm height-challenged, so that could be why. 😆 Once in the right place, though, it does a great job of working out the muscles in my neck! The seat is firm but comfortable, and there's plenty of back support. The reason I deducted a star is the footrest - it's almost an afterthought in my opinion. Remember how I mentioned I'm height-challenged? I kind of expected the footrest to be at my feet - instead, it hits about mid-calf for me. I can get *almost* there if I move the lumbar pillow out of the way and scooch all the way back, but if you're taller than 5', 3-1/2", that footrest will do you no good. On top of that, it's subtly angled downward, so it feels weird to recline (not even fully) with your feet hanging off the footrest and angled towards the floor. This is an absolutely great chair its extremely comfortable, the massaging works great especially the neck I "LOVE" the neck massager. Assembly was fairly easy hydronic works as expected and it's beautiful, im 2 weeks into using it and I love everything about it. Only issue is like I said 2 weeks into using it and I'm already hearing new sounds from the chair but I "DO" use it all day so what can I say besides still a great chair. Read more

The Dowinx Gaming chair is a quality chair that is helping me with some neck issues. The two massagers for the neck and the back are supportive and provide heating. The incline of the chair and added leg support is extremely nice at full tilt, and lockable in any position to about 155 degrees which is really nice for laying back and taking a load off. This chair is built with very nice materials, its straightforward to put together very easily. This is a great chair and it replaced a leather high back that had no neck support and glad I did.
