I normally wear size 8.5-9.0 in most shoes, and I got this boot in size 9. The fit is perfect and, in fact, I would not want to go any smaller at all. Product was well packaged, boots in great shape, very shiny! I have not worn them out yet, just around the house, so I can't vouch for durability at this point. I was looking for patent leather Doc Martens and I came across this laceless pair. They are not bulky, are perfectly shiny, yet very “rock-n-roll” if that’s what you’re looking for. They are a bit stiff at first and they do take some breaking into. They are not as heavy and your most common Doc Martens style lace-ups. I like that it takes some elbow grease to slip into because it means that they are form fitting and your foot won’t lift at the ankle when you’re walking.
