I had my doubts, but decided to try them. I sure underestimated them. I wore them yesterday with flip-flops, and my feet didn't get sore. (I have plantar fasciitis; a higher arch support helps a lot.) They come with two thicknesses, making it possible to fine-tune the amount of support needed. They do NOT shift around in wear, and are not hard to put socks over. They cost a lot less than custom orthotics, and provide more support and pain relief. Read more

I tried a bunch of different inserts to help my plantar fasciitis and these were the only ones that I found were supportive without causing other pain in my foot (other ones were too firm, uncomfortably shaped, or caused an ache in the top of my foot). I wear it while working (on my feet) and even wore it on vacation, walking all day, and they were a great help. They are not a remedy for plantar fasciitis but they were a great aid while I waited for the strengthening/stretching exercises to do the real work of eliminating it. Read more

I work from home and most of the day I wear slippers around the house. I was looking for slippers with arch support, but then most of them looked heavy and bulky like a shoe. I decided to give these straps a try. I have what I'd think is average arches and I use the lower pads. I strap them on and then put on my slipper. I swear that I have less aches and pains when I wear these. Just helps the foot be supported better. It could all be in my head though. Definitely worth a try! The reason not 5 stars is I'm not sure how long they'll last. They are wipable/rinseable, but even then... Either way though, I'd probably buy them again. Read more

As many of you, I got Planters Faciitis and was searching for answers. After stretches, cold packs, visits to a podiatrist, physician therapy and cortisone shots I finally found something that worked. These pads are nice because the support pad can actually be adjusted toward the heel of your foot. The thicker pad worked well for me. As far as the reviews saying they slip around, I had absolutely no problem . All I can think is that they may have placed the side with the indentations facing the pad. I put them facing my foot. Maybe that’s it. Anyway no problem. I also use two items that can be purchased on Amazon although I was sold them at a shoe store by a clerk who actually knew what she was talking about. The first is “Stable Tarc” insoles, and the second was Hoka Ahahi 7 (model, not size) shoes. Both of these items are made for “PF” and the Hoka Arahi 7’s are actually a stability shoe made for people specifically with Plantar Faciitis! Anyway all can be purchased her and never mind the lack of reviews for the inserts, just get them, they are what you need! That’s what the clerk told me and I now have three pairs. Hope all this helps. Read more

This product comes with 2 level of support pads which is great but somehow neither worked for me specifically. I purchased these to help with foot pain but I didn't feel the difference/relief. Otherwise, the velcro is very good, clings really well and it's great that they come in 2 colors. Read more

Works to relieve some late night restless leg cramping. The Velcro is pretty durable and the pads can be switched out or removed for washing. The stretch of the material gets slightly stretched out over time when using for strong foot arch compression. Read more

Finally a way to have arch support for those moments when we need to wear flip flops. Yes. I realize that these shoes are forbidden with Plantar Fasciitis, but this wrap allows me to spend time airing out my feet instead of putting on my shoes with inserts for awhile. While, they don’t help with heel cushioning in any way, a crafty individual could remedy that with heel supports secured to the shoe. This is a comfortable option for adding arch support to your feet. Two sizes are included that you can change out depending on how much thickness you feel your arch needs. I like the Dr Potter products and also purchased the compression socks tonight. Read more

To start, I have extremely flat feet, and my right foot was reconstructed after a motorcycle accident—so I’ve tried a lot of products for support and pain relief. This one stands out right away. It applies great pressure and really helps with the pain almost instantly. I like it way more than others I’ve tried because the straps actually keep it in place inside my shoes, which is a big plus. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I wear it all day at work, it can start to cause some soreness—even though it feels great while it’s on. Also, just a heads-up: it doesn’t fit well in cowboy boots since they’re a lot tighter than regular sneakers or work boots. But for everyday use, it works great. And for the price these are great.
