I had custom orthotics made over 10 years ago. When I couldn't find them, I ordered these insoles. These inserts give great arch support. What makes them good inserts is that the sole is firm (like my custom ones) but the layers and arch are soft enough to give great and comfortable support. I wear a size 8.5 shoe and had to trim them to fit my size which was easy to do with scissors. They side fairly easily into slippers and most shoes. You will need to remove existing insoles in your shoes to fit comfortably. The rest of your body, especially leg joints, rely on healthy feet and these inserts help. Planters Fasciitis is painful and your foot should never hit any surface without being well cushioned and supported if you want to heal. If you don't want to spend $250-$500 on custom inserts, this is your solution. I have several inserts bought at retail stores and none come close to these in quality and support. Read more

My husband has a pair of work boot that he loves because they’re comfortable, but the insoles especially the heel area, were worn out. He didn’t want to throw the shoes away, so I bought these insoles as replacements for him. The insoles are big, when I got them I cut the excess to fit the size of his shoes. The back of the insole fits well against the foot, and the arch support curves just right to match the arch. The front part has some breathable holes, and the overall material feels good quality. The thickness is just right and the width fits inside his shoes. They feel comfortable when walking, with a balance of firmness and softness. These did a good job on arch support, and his feet don’t feel as tired after standing all day at work, they seem to help. Read more

I bought these for my new pickleball shoes. The previous insoles along with my old pickleball shoes were worn out, which caused my fractured metatarsal in my foot. I needed new insoles because I don’t want to get plantar fasciitis again. I tried 2 other pairs of insoles specifically for plantar fasciitis and these were the most comfortable for both my feet. These Dr. Potter insoles gave me enough toe room, and both heel and arch support to cradle my feet for lateral movement. The quality was really good at a reasonable price. It was nice to select and purchase the exact size (Men’s 12- 12.5) I needed without trimming for my size 12 shoes. They added nice cushion and support for both of my feet. The durability of these insoles is still unknown as I have only worn them for a few weeks. I highly recommend that you try these Dr. Potter insoles to improve your shoe and feet comfort and support while walking, running, or playing sports. Read more

Good value. Seem about as good as the $75 ones the podiatrist sold me. Not sure of longevity yet. Read more

It's difficult to buy insoles on line, however, Dr. Potter was rated highly. The insoles arrived promptly in nice packaging. While prior reviews mentioned that they were short for the shoe size, the 12-12.5 size I ordered fit my 12 wide running shoes perfectly. as recommended, I have been wearing them on and off, switching with some new Hoka trail shoes and my plantar fasciitis pain is almost gone. The arch support is good, though my feet could take a more forward or higher arch. The price was very good when comparing other brands. Construction is good and they seem durable with a good surface for easy on and off of your shoes. I would recommend. Read more

I had a painful metatarsal pain in my foot that I coundn’t get rid of. The constant limping was starting to cause back pain so I researched what would be the best approach. That led to arch supports and further research led me to these. After wearing them for about 2 weeks I noticed that I had stopped limping and the pain was barely noticeable. It has now been months and my feet are pain free and because of work I walk 5 to 6 miles every day. I am still wearing these and probably always will. Read more

For many years I have suffered with plantar fasciaitis and over pronation issues. I have tried numerous different inserts over the years. Some of them were very expensive and either did not help me, or only helped for a week or so due to breaking down from heavy use. I bought these because they were reasonably priced and they looked well designed. I have used them for several weeks with positive results. They have very good arch support and cushioning. While I haven't noticed complete relief of pain. I will say that for me, there has been a significant reduction of high ankle pain at the end of my work day. I will purchase these again. They seem to be lasting longer than most others I have tried. Read more

I bought these for my snowboard boots. The previous insoles were heat molded ones they weren’t great for my flat feet. I have not been able to fully test out these insoles. I have done some balance exercises with them and there is no usual pain I get with using these. They appear to be great quality. I will need to test them on the hill to see if they are truly worth the cost. So far they are functioning as intended. I will update after further testing. *Updated* I have been able to test these out while snowboarding and they do little to nothing for comfort, the original insoles are more comfortable than these have been.
