I generally wear a size 10-10.5. I ordered a 10 based on some reviews that they ran big. Well, these did NOT run big. They were very tight and very short on me. I tried the suede version in size 11. They were a bit big, but workable. But the suede was SO stiff and hard that when I walked the top of the boot cut into my shins. It left a red indent on my legs after ten minutes of wearing them!
