Moved into my new house and it's an older one with limited... air reach to say the least. The furnished basement has no such venting aside from small ones in three of the rooms, which don't work well enough because my system is flawed. Anyways, this means those rooms and others without a vent are super cold in winter. Got this since I converted one basement room into my office. Thing works too good lol. Room is fully heated within 5mins or less. I love the ease of it and how quiet it is. I've not tested it thoroughly, but im sure the other settings are good and it could easily heat my entire basement given time. Our furnace went out and to hold us over we use this heater in our bedroom room (now resolved), we use this heater in our bedroom and keep it right on the dresser. It’s smaller, compact, and doesn’t take up much space at all. It heats the room really well, especially for its size, and runs quietly without any weird noises or surprises. This space heater is excellent! It projects the heat a great distance. I can crank the heat up to 90° if I’m really cold/need the room to heat quickly. I much prefer turning this on when I’m home alone versus heating 2000 square feet. I appreciate the timer feature so I can set it to turn off in 1-12 hours which eases my mind. Despite being compact, it was able to heat a large living space that includes our family room, kitchen, and kitchenette area without any trouble. The fan distributes heat evenly, making the whole area feel comfortable fairly quickly. One of my favorite features is the remote controller. It’s a big plus to be able to adjust the settings, temperature, and oscillation without having to get up, especially when relaxing or working. The 70° oscillation also helps spread the heat more effectively throughout the room. Overall, it’s a solid and efficient heater that delivers strong performance in a small package. I saw the other reviews of this thing and was a bit skeptical. They seemed way too enthusiastic and praised this heater to the ends of the earth. How could this little electric heater possibly be so practically perfect in every way? Let’s find out l, hopefully without the FA part of FAFO! Oh my goodness that’s a good heater! I have to say the other reviews are true. This thing could probably toast marshmallows! I recently bought two other brand name electric heaters, at a local big box store, for twenty and forty dollars more respectively, and this little guy is the same or slightly superior. It puts out the same amount of heat as the other two premium ones, with some extra added features that I probably don’t need, but they are there and didn’t cost extra! The remote is simple, and pretty good quality, battery included, unlike the “premium brand” ones I got. The swivel action is really nice, better than the expensive one as well with a wider range. And the economy temperature can be set, the others are locked at 68°… why? Is sixty nine too awesome of a number? For a test, I set it in my kitchen, which was at 69° at the time and set it for 72 while I played with the extra features a little. It took about ten to fifteen minutes to reach that temperature and shut off. Wow! And it blows a hot stream of air far better than most electric heaters that I’ve ever used.
