I bought this heater primarily to use in my bathroom because my bathroom is so cold in the winter. I appreciate the fact that it has the safety switch on it. Unlike a lot of heaters, it doesn't smell, thankfully. It works well, heating up quickly but not blasting you with hot air -- instead it feels more like the air is warming up around you. It's pretty quiet, and while it's not silent, it's definitely not noisy. I hope it will last a long time. It seems sturdy and well made, and it has great safety features. Please remember to never plug a space heater into an extension cord or power strip. I think this heater is a good value. While I could have bought a less expensive heater, I don't think it would be as well made or as pleasant to use. Other nice features are the remote and the off timer. Perfect for when I'm trying to get cozy in bed but don't want it running all night! Read more

This is a great heater! Easy to use and love the remote control. It’s really quiet, generates a ton of heat (I tried the highest setting then programmed the Eco setting at 72 degrees), and didn’t have the typical electric heater smell. Says safe for the bathroom but I use mine in a small office. I ran it for about 1.5 hours and checked underneath and there was zero heat generated from the unit to the floor below. Haven’t tried the oscillator yet. Highly recommend! Read more

Pros - reassuring safety features (plug, tip over cutoff) I actually purchased this one because I thought it would be safer to use in a kitchen or bathroom area. Or for that matter, in case you trip over it carrying a drink or something. Obviously one should take caution not to splash a heater, but that plug feature is a reassuring “just in case” - heats a small room well - blower is quiet - size is small and lightweight - built-in carry handle/slot towards top rear Cons - no tactile feedback to the top buttons (flush with unit top) so not good for blind people or if you are just trying to tap buttons while movie watching to adjust - fan isn’t loud, true, but perhaps because it doesn’t blow air that far into the room. If you are bringing the room up to temp, you will need to sit fairly close for a while. Could be a dealbreaker for some, depending on room setup - oscillating feature is odd - when you press stop, it stops immediately rather than re-centering itself on its base before stopping. And then it just looks weird and I don’t like that. Some people it wouldn’t bother. But it bothers me. Read more

nice size, rotates well, remote control is great. wire does not get hot 'cause it supports a gfi plug - that's the best reason to purchase this model. running noise is very low even at high speed; it is noticeable when it turns on but not noticeable while running. when leaving the space, i turn it off at the gfi plug at the outlet to kill the trickle current that stays on when powered off with remote or on the keypad. the temperature control function is called by the manufacturer 'eco mode'; when combined with the timer it works well during the night without worry. it heats well a small office/room like with a lot of windows or drafts; it is a good little unit. it is expensive, i got it on an after xmas discount offer. i would give it 5 stars if it offered two range of swing arcs instead of one wide arc on the rotate mode but that is being so picky of me; this is a nice unit. I ordered this to heat my bathroom in the mornings. The heater puts out so much heat, I don't use the high setting to heat the room. It's a compact unit and very stable; it won't tip over. The length of the cord is practical. It has no smell (unlike the oil radiators) and the fan is quiet. It's a very nice heater. If there are pets or kids in the house, it will require some careful placement to make sure everyone is safe. Read more

I live in a super old house that has an outdated heating system, and the main bathroom that we use is kind of out of the way and has basically no way of heating on its own--when I realized I could find space heaters that were bathroom-safe, I was thrilled. And this one is SO worth it. It's super quiet but super strong. The bathroom is still so cold that it hurts sometimes, but once I get the heater going, things get nice and toasty in a decent amount of time. And I love the long cord because I can pull it closer to and point it at the shower, so when I get out, I'm not shivering. Great size, great amount of heat, love that cord length--wholly recommended. I absolutely LOVE this heater. It is the perfect size for my bathroom when I'm taking a shower. This winter has been brutal and this heater has allowed me to not use such scorching hot water (just to stay warm) and I still stay warm. It has so many features...speed, oscillating, temp adjustment, timer, remote control, etc. I'm so glad I didn't skimp on the dollar amount and got this quality heater. I've also used it in the living room if the temps get down to the teens or lower and my furnace can't keep up. I recommend you go ahead and spend the extra bucks and get this quality heater. You'll thank me later. Read more
