It is very easy to put together I can say as a women I had no problem by myself with putting it together the grip are very soft and easy to hold. It is very sturdy I am 5’7” and weigh 200 lbs I have no worries about using it. The stability is really good I have it on carpet with no issues at all weight of it is heavy I would definitely recommend building it where you want it at I don’t think it would be easy to move. Workout is very effective so far I just got it and putting it together was a workout in itself for me 😂 I think it took me about two hours to put it together if I’m being honest and in fairness, I have 1 inch nails so it’s hard for me to grip the bolt that goes on the end of the screw. I think I’m really gonna enjoy it I’m very happy with my purchase I forgot to mention that it’s not as big as I thought it was gonna be it’s a perfect size for any home it does raise up all the way and touch my ceiling, but I don’t have to have it up that high because I’m short hope this helps Read more

I bought this for my son and it's super sturdy. My 7ft1 350 pound boyfriend could even use it. Assembly was easy and quick. The only real issue we had was that the elastic rope snapped while my son was using it and it hurt his hand. I'd say use caution with those but the set up itself is definitely worth the price. The instructions were a little confusing, but everything was packaged really well. Each part was packed separately, nothing was scratched.
