So, “Adjustable Exhale & Inhale Resistance” does NOT mean that they are independently adjustable! It only means that what ever restrictions you make effect both equally. There is NOT an Inhale or Exhale only adjustment. Quite disappointed in this fact personally. Read more

Misleading False Claim of "Dual-Control" The concept of independent control for both inhaling and exhaling is important. My pulmonologist stressed that importance. Personally, I was looking for a breath trainer that provided slightly higher resistance inhaling and less resistance exhaling. I admit, I was skeptical of the low price, and now understand why it's priced so low, ... it is because this device contains no one-way valves to control each function. The photos are deceiving because they show two control knobs. Both knobs do the exact same thing. There is absolutely no purpose for two knobs on this trainer other than for the purpose of misleading the buyer into thinking there is independent control.
