Good quality, decent mouthpiece, fairly comfortable
This is my first time trying a portable breathing trainer with adjustable resistance. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I thought I'd give it a try. The units come in a small box, along with instructions on how to use them. If you've ever been involved in a contact sport (football, rugby, boxing, etc.), you've probably used a mouthpiece. This is very similar. I found the mouthpieces to be as comfortable as those I wore during sports. The device works well and does what it's supposed to do. Overall, this seems to be a quality device that is comfortable to wear and use. For under $10 for two of them ($9.99 at the time of this review), it's an inexpensive way to see if you may like this.
