DynaPro - Door Anchor for Resistance Bands

Works exactly how it should. The middle ring is covered in a thick foam pad, the strap is durable and has a heavy duty stitching. The ring is large enough to allow easy feeding of even the large 3-band D handles that I have. I see no damage at all to the door from use. For those wondering how these things work: you shut it in the door. Make sure you are working out on the side of the door that it shuts towards you and the pad should be on the OTHER SIDE so that pulling on the resistance strap(s) pulls the door shut, not open. I had a buddy try a similar anchor the other way so that he could watch TV. The latch on the door gave way because of the cheap door bowing and he caught the anchor and resistance band in the thigh. This door anchor works great! I've used it several times and the fabric band part is thick and feels super durable like it will last a long time. The foam circle feels less durable. It gets dents from the door frame more easily than expected and I'm worried about chunks getting gauged out of it, but even after only a couple weeks it's earned it's price, so I'm not disappointed. After getting zapped by my exercise bands a few times after they flew off of my doorknob while exercising, I decided to look for something that would help me avoid getting hit in my chest with my exercise bands! I looked on Amazon and found this Dynapro door anchor. I have used it several times and it holds the bands with no problem. It is so nice not worrying about whether the band will hit me in the chest again! The round foam wheel fits on the outside of my door in between my deadlock bolt and my doorknob. I close the door on the door anchor with the bands on my side of the door. On the first pull, the door anchor adjusts itself on the other side of the door and then it stays in place. There was a while where I couldn't lift weights and only trained with resistance bands at home. I watched a bunch of videos and one mentioned getting one of these anchors, and it's been a great investment. You can use it for basically anything. Cable crossovers, curls, tricep extensions, lateral raises, etc. Anchor it high, anchor it in the middle, or anchor it low. Here's my little trick - instead of anchoring it at the door opening, I slip it through on the hinge side for added stability. I am a Paraplegic and I was looking for something to help me build my strength back up in my arms and thought I would try the Resistance Bands. After hours of reading reviews I thought this Band would be the best since I am in a Wheelchair I felt I needed the Band's to be longer than 42 inches and the Dyna Band's are 66 inches long and adjustable I'm really glad I purchased this band the lenght is perfect! I also purchase the Dyna Door Anchor for these Band. If your in a Wheelchair and can't stand this band is great on working on resistance. Although the yellow one is good it is a light resistance I should have went up to the red Band which I plan on buying. If you do purchase the Dyna Band and plan on using a door to hold your band you will have to buy the Dyna Door Anchor because it's the only one that will work with these Bands because the handles are big and their Anchor is made so tge handle will slip through the Band. Like I said I am a Parapalegic and gave use of my hands so this worked out great for me. If you're a Quadriplegic and don't have use of your hands I would look for a product that has the ankle wraps and you could use the ankle Wraps for Wrist Wraps to work your arms..
