I was hesitant to buy a new Dyson. The reviews on their website for the newer models are not very good. However, by other Dyson finally stopped working after about 10 years, so didn’t have a choice. This new model is my third Dyson. The y are amazing vacuums and this new model does not disappoint. Lighter than my last two which is a blessing because the last one was making my back hurt when I vacuumed because it was hard to maneuver. This new model is a lot easier to maneuver and still had amazing suction. I have three cats, a dog, and my daughter and I both have long hair that is always shedding. I am glad I finally got this new vacuum. I am also extremely happy that I can vacuum under my kitchen cabinets without using the hose and attachments or another small vacuum. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 teenagers ... this vac is Puurrfect! The rooms with carpet smelt cleaner after using this vac on them. I can't believe the amount debris we pulled out vs our old vac. My only disappointment is the attachment line. Cannot pull and maneuver easily and the vac moves around a lot when trying to use hose and attachments. Read more

Incredible suction, very powerful, very bulky… it is horrifying to see what this thing picks up, even up after having a Dyson before… This pulls up in Norma’s amounts of dust and dirt… Even after we have cleaned… Great suction, great machine, absolutely essential… Not very good on stairs, very difficult to get into nooks and crannies with the long, inflexible rod/ pipe…. Extremely difficult to take apart and empty, then put back together, the dust/dirt container. I have a problem every single time I use this vacuum cleaner, but it does vacuum the carpets well. Read more

Absolutely love this vacuum. We have 3 dogs & 1 cat so when my Shark finally died I knew I was going to need to upgrade to something more powerful. Yowza vacuum prices have doubled in price since I last went shopping for one so I was nervous to invest in a dyson incase it did not end up working as well as I needed it to. Well it does! It has pulled up so much dirt, hair & litter from our floors our carpet looks brand new. This vacuum is amazing. The attachment for upholstery does such a great job too, it leaves absolutely nothing behind. Read more

We had another Dyson for around 12 yrs and decided it was time to get a new one. We absolutely loved our last one and now I wish I had it back. This vacuum is horrible! It is so hard to use. The cord constantly gets wrapped around the ball. It falls over all the time when trying to put it back upright. It is very hard to use the hose and get attachments on. The waste compartment gets clogged very easily. I would have sent it back but my husband threw the box away. I can’t believe I wasted so much money on this piece of crap. Very disappointed in the quality and easiness of this vacuum. It is not user friendly, the hose is super awkward and hard to get back in place. Sucks up some rugs which is super frustrating. The cord is long but gets twisted and will not untwist after several attempts I had the old red Dyson that was so slick and easy to use but was getting old so I replaced it with this one.
