This is an absolute must get for anyone who wants to do some cleaning! It’s incredibly powerful even on the lower setting. The attachments make it so easy and useful for a lot of purposes. The bin is very easy to empty. Super easy to use. Suction power has exceeded my expectations. The battery life is great. Another Dyson R&D success story imho. Note the unit does weight just under 5lbs so it is not for people that have trouble holding weight or have difficulty gripping items. I bought the Dyson Car+Boat handheld vacuum to keep my car and small spaces clean, and it’s honestly exceeded every expectation. Right out of the box, the suction is noticeably stronger than any handheld I’ve used before. It picks up dirt, sand, pet hair, and crumbs with very little effort — even from deep in the carpet fibers. The cordless design makes it incredibly convenient; I can walk around the car without being tethered to an outlet, and the battery lasts long enough to finish a thorough clean. The attachments are thoughtful and easy to switch, especially the crevice tool for tight corners and the brush for upholstery. It’s lightweight and comfortable to hold, even when reaching into awkward spots like under seats or in between cushions. Cleanup of the vacuum itself is simple too — the bin opens cleanly and empties without making a mess. This has made cleaning my car and small areas in my home so much easier. Worth every penny! What's not to love its a Dyson! After getting 3 different car vacuums that barely worked...my frustration led to this one. Is it expensive? You bet....but does it work? You bet! But what you will find is that you take it out of your car all the time to use it in the house. Even though I have a home Dyson,,,this one is so nifty you use it for several things.....drop some soil...no problem...drop coffee grinds or detergent....you get this one. So believe me...you will get your use out of it besides sitting in your car. Just as powerful as the Dyson stick vacuum. The only con I would say for someone is that its not light...its not very heavy either...but if you want a really small light one than this set for you. But the design balances it out for easy use. It pugs in and can not be used with the lighter but holds its charge for a long time. But love its functionality. The only thing I wish it had would be a longer tube to get the fuzz out of my dryer...oh well you can't have it all. But I am happy with Dyson products and this one was worth the price. Read more
Great product. Take a little while to charge but has a ton of power given its size, light weight and does an excellent job picking up even the smallest debris. The attachments are perfect for any job and the ease of use is 2nd to none. It's highly functional for car and boat use along with stairs and other harder to reach spaces for conventional vacuums. I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a powerful, well-designed vacuum that's handheld with excellent battery life. Read more
Overall, this is a good vacuum, but I really can’t recommend it. The suction in regular mode isn’t great, but is effective on hair when using the brush. The turbo mode provides great suction, but kills the batter pretty quick, so isn’t very practical. The method of emptying the waste works very well. I’m a bit underwhelmed, mostly because I don’t feel it’s a good value. Read more
This little vacuum works amazingly and I’m so happy with it. The section is insanely good so it will get nooks and crannies and it’s just amazing cause sometimes you get a vacuum or handheld and it’s just not that great. The suction is not as good but this one is amazing. I actually vacuumed out my car with it just the floorboards and then the car seat seats and it was phenomenal so I definitely recommend this product. So far I love it. It came with the attachments I needed, and while not a replacement for full household vacuuming, it's perfect for my room and the cat tree/cat area/cat beds. As a big Dyson fan, I had high hopes for the Car + Boat Handheld Vacuum Cleaner, but this one fell a bit short. On the plus side, it does a great job when used in boost mode—the suction power is impressive and it really picks up dirt and debris well. Unfortunately, that performance comes at a cost. In boost mode, you're lucky to get ten minutes of run time before the battery dies, and since the battery isn’t removable, you can’t just swap it out and keep going. On the lower power setting, the battery lasts longer, but the suction is just average and not nearly as effective for deeper cleaning. For the price, I expected a more balanced combination of power and battery life. It’s decent for quick touch-ups, but overall, I’m a bit disappointed with the limitations of this product. Read more
