The media could not be loaded. If you want an in-depth review of the Dyson tp07 I'm sure there is plenty to choose from on you youtube. I'm going to try to focus on what I feel I would want to know from a short amazon review. Value for money? I own a Honeywell HPA 300 and a few smaller Honeywell units. The hpa 300 works really well it uses 3 big filters and one carbon prefilter and the filters last one on average 3 to 4 months. To replace the filter, it's about $80 for a real Honeywell filter. The Dyson filter is about the same $75, Dyson claims that filter life is about 12 months, if this is true than I would be saving (Honeywell 4 filter changes per year = $320) vs the Dyson $80 a year. If the Dyson filter last 12 months, then I would say it's definitely worth the price of $600 and will pay for itself within a few years. The Dyson is equipped with a filter life indicator so I will update the review over time. I just put brand new filters in my Honeywell so it will be interesting to see if the Dyson really outlast it by 8 months. Build quality and looks of the Dyson is far superior to any other air purifier I've owned. It looks cool and has way better features. You can control everything with the app on your phone and see live air quality data as well as past air quality. It works with google home and Alexa for voice control, comes with a remote control. I'm a fan of Dyson products I own a couple Dyson vacuum cleaners, and I don't mind paying a little extra for a quality product. The air quality sensors inside do work, I brought a burning incense stick near it, and it instantly detected the particles and will adjust the fan speed if you have it on auto mode. I've only had the Dyson TP07 a few days, I'll update the review with any issues that arise, but as of right now it works flawlessly. Is this air purifier worth $600? That depends on the filter life for me. Update - It has been almost 6 months since I got the dyson, I had to change out the filters on my honeywell already and the dyson still shows the filter life is good. According to the animation on the screen I have used up about 3/4 of the lifespan of the filter. So it might last a few more months. So far it has outlasted and outperformed my honeywell. Update 2 - I finally changed the filter out tonight it lasted about 6 months. To be honest in my view the filter is no where as dirty as my Honeywell filters get. The Dyson filters have a mesh screen over them to trap hair and bigger particles, i only had to clean that mesh twice in 6 months. The Honeywell has a carbon pre filter and I have to wash that pre filter every 2 to 3 weeks it gets so full of hair and dust. Received the product in a box with massive amounts of tape on the top and bottom (almost looked like it was an open box item that was repackaged). The remote was loose and unprotected in the bottom of the box. It was also scratched, again leading me to believe this was a returned item. There were also two loose nuts and I have no idea where they belong on the product. It took a while to get the item up and running and loaded into the app. It appears to be working for the moment but I kept the box in case I need to return it. Very disappointed in the shipping of this product. Amazon needs to get their act together and NOT re-ship items that should be returned to the manufacturer. The media could not be loaded. This air purifier is a must have. I've have the Honeywell AirGenius and 2 other non-name brand purifier in each room that I compared, with some temp gages in the house. I leave my other purifiers on 24/7, and this Dyson stays on auto-mode. If you need to test this, I would recommend going to your local Best Buy to play (like I did). It's literally the same model tp07. YES IT CAME WITH A REMOTE and YES ITS CONNECTS TO WIFI. You need to install the APP on your phone to set this part up! Read the instructions - it's all in there. You cannot connect to wifi from the small LCD on the machine. Install the app, detect your Dyson, connect it to the app, connect it to wifi. Done! I've been 200 miles away from home and turned on my Dyson from my app because it's connected to WIFI! The sensor on this is amazing. He likes to hit his vape, the sensor will detect it within seconds sitting across the room. Auto will rev up and it will reflect in the VOC and stay at a high until the air is clean. Your cooking and kitchen starts to smoke up from the bacon or steak, the Dyson will rev off in the other room. OR cooking soup and it bubbles over, burning the stove top? Dyson will kick off. You're walking on a treadmill and there that funky gym scent, Dyson will kick off. Mopping the floors with some cleaning supplies, Dyson will kick off. The sensor is AMAZING and reflects in the app correctly. I have various temp gages in the household to validate. This sensor helped with the air quality was poor when the Canada's wildfires smoke came down to NYS. I was honestly throughly very impressed with the reflection of air quality outside and what it read inside. It kept the air constantly clean. Its quiet, but when its at a lvl 10, cleaning up the air, its loud. I don't mind. It's not like overhead oven fan (high/low) loud or bathroom fan. But decent white noise without making it difficult to hear the person sitting across the room or in the other room. Just a Loud fan. I love the app, I love seeing the trending air quality details, temperature, humidity and filter quality. The Dyson air suction does an amazing job because I'll see my puppies hair balls stuck to the outside. Fan (not cooling) does a wonderful job circling air... and does cool you off. my pup likes to sit in front of it. My mom told me to turn it off because she was cold. You can see the dust and dirt it collects inside the filter. The REMOTE is easy to use and intuitive. But I prefer the app because the lcd is small and I like the view. The APP is amazing, all centralized and can see your air quality. Visitors complimented the air inside... literally complimented how clear and crisp (with a/c on), it was compared there homes or my neighbor. This currently sits in the middle of a 900-1000 sq foot room - connecting my living room to a kitchen. Mind you all these settings below and to view your air quality is all in the APP, connected to WIFI or using the REMOTE for the small LCD! -It oscillates 360, and you can pick various from 30, 90, 180, 360 ranges. -Night mode give you a timer to set. -Fan and filter suction is set from lvls 1-10 or put it in automode. -Hepa filter is 360 as well. And provides notification when it needs changing up to 12 months of use. I'll see if I can update this after mine is done, since it is on auto 24/7. -Sensors: VOC, PM, PM10, NO2 continuous detection even if off -Humidity and Temperature (accurate!) The best purifier I've owned. It's well worth the cost if you're an air person like me, and also has asthma. This has helped and I'm not just saying that, I had an asthma attack the first night away from home and my purifiers, because of the amount of dust in the room I was staying.
