I really enjoy using the e.l.f. eyeliner pencil because it goes on smoothly and glides easily without tugging on my eyelids. The color is vivid and stays consistent throughout the entire day, which I really appreciate. Occasionally, the eyeliner will smudge slightly at the corner of my eye, but it doesn’t happen often and hasn’t been a major issue for me. Smooth, easy to apply, stays in place but also easy to smoke it out of desired. Long-lasting, comfortable to apply, I've used it for a couple months now and not once has the tip broken on me, very good quality. Pigmented. The little sharpener that it comes with is also very good quality and it never splinters my pencils, I've used it with all my pencil liners for that fact. For a couple of years I was buying the more expensive eye/brow liners and now that I've used them up I am back to these cheaper ones. Honestly I can't tell the difference. These are just as good, if not better than some I've paid five times as much for. Because they are a little softer, they go on smoother. And because I'm a nurse and I'm careful not to touch my face, especially during flu season, they don't smudge and stay put just fine. Can't beat the price. Read more

I like the overall length of the pencil. It's a true black that's not too soft that it crumbles and not too hard that it pull the eyelid. The sharpener works well as the cap.
