I cannot recommend this highly enough! I just recently had open heart surgery and have to take pills every four hours five times a day so I was really excited when I found this case system. It encompasses seven separate daily boxes each with the day of the week and five separate compartments. Taking 20 pills in the morning at 8 AM. The compartment was large enough to handle that. The build quality was amazing and it is allowing me to keep track of all these medication’s. I’m needing to take at this time. And once it’s closed up, it looks more like case you would find paperwork in or a good book. Doesn’t look at all like it’s some medicinal carryall. It is of substantial build quality and I can’t praise it enough. Each daily containment system has five compartments and the snap enclosure on each one is tight and closes completely. 10 out of 10 for me! A good five-times-a-day pill case is hard to come by. We bought a few others made of cheap plastic which lasted a few days or less. This one is a game changer! Removable daily containers make it simple to bring a days' worth (dozens of pills) with us on the go. The case is durable but attractive enough to leave on a shelf. We bought 3 of these so we could sort my mom's pills after my dad died. These were one of the very few 5 times a day organizers we could find. The pockets are big and hold tons of pills you can have multiple big horse pills like fish oil, glucosamine, vitamins, and gummies. I would guess you could get 4 or 5 of these big pills in each pocket. They still snap securely and pack tightly in the week long holder. The only thing that someone might say is a negative (but I say is a positive) is that everything is tight when you first use them. But as I said, well over a year later they are still working great. The best pill distribution option we have been able to find. This was our 3rd try. Due to timing and number of doses, we needed multiple daily sections and this worked perfectly. Other people we have referred this to loved it and said it simplified medicinal responsibilities for them as well. It gives you a level of privacy that the larger one piece pill boxes cannot provide. It saves you time by still allowing you to fill your pill box once a week like you can with the larger one piece boxes, but allows you to just take with you what you may need for 1-3 days instead of the whole box.
