This organizer with alarm is life-changing for my husband (and me)! He has numerous health issues and takes multiple RXs throughout the day. He was consistently missing doses, so I had to find a system to manage his complex schedule. Now I fill an entire week's supply of all his RXs. The 6 compartments in each day's organizer are big enough to hold the many RXs. The alarm is very helpful--reminding him when to take the next group of pills. The media could not be loaded. Case is sturdy, keeps pills inside. The alarm is the Best part! I used to forget to take pills , but the multiple alarms really help remind me throughout the day. Only con: battery door on alarm sometimes falls off UPDATE: the latch on the battery door just needs to be locked, by pushing it to the edge until you hear it click. This set up is very nice, quality pill boxes and lots of room in each pill pocket. I did the 3 star solely because the " reminder" box let's you down. I take lots of pills as I have chronic illnesses. I needed the 6 compartments because I take meds 6 times a day, that includes taking a couple of my meds when it is dark outside so there is no natural light. One of my meds is taken at 5 am.. I am asleep when the alarm goes off.. it's a great very shrill alarm, no sleeping thru it! BUT there is no illumination of the clock.. and the actual screen is pretty small.. I can pick up the reminder box and open it, press the "stop" so the alarm stops.. but I can not see the screen.. it needs to have a light... it's awful! The pill box I have used for years had a nice screen that was backlighting so when I picked it up I could see what time it actually was. I needed more compartments for my pills so i needed to get something that woukd accomidate my needs better. I thought that was what i had found! I love the little daily boxes.. lots of room and they seem to be well made but the alarm is incredibly dim and small .. even during the day you can't see the screen on this "reminder" very well.. it's a real dissapointment. If you need to see the time .. get some other product.. there has to be one that has lots of compartments AND a decent clock that you can see! Read more

I need to take vitamins and medicine several times a day, and this system has really helped me stay on top of my regiment! I am in the car driving often throughout the day, and the little dispenser for the day goes with me. It is a system that works for me. I’m not using the little alarm clock that came with the set, but the included instructions were very clear and easy to understand. (I use my phone for medicine reminders instead). Definitely recommend for anyone who has had roux-en-y gastric bypass and needs to take meds & vitamins several times a day! Read more

The product was OK but Parkinson's made it difficult to use. The return process was so much more complicated than it needed to be. They refused to send a return label, saying I was responsible for return shipping and Amazon was responsible for refunding my money when clearly both was their responsibility. Finally after WEEKS of phone calls and WAITING on the refund the money was put in my bank account by what looks to be an AMAZON return. So please don't buy from this company unless you want a lot of hassle! Read more

Although I appreciate the way these pillboxes were color-coded by day, and had six bins per day for people like me who take a lot of meds at different times, the bins were so difficult for me to open, that I’m now shopping for a different brand that can hold many doses per day without shredding my fingernails. Also, although these pillboxes came with a reminder timer, it was very confusing to set up. I finally abandoned it and went back to using my phone timers. Read more
