Pillow works great for helping cartilage piercings heal as you rest on your side. I like that there’s a zipper to take out stuffing if needed for your own personal comfort level. This pillow is perfect if you have ear pressure pain when sleeping on side which I have had for years. Some nights are worse than others waking me numerous times from the pain. I tried two other pillows that had too small holes and did not help my issue at all. But this pillow has a large enough hole to allow my whole ear to rest inside of it comfortably without any pressure on it. I use it on top of my regular memory form pillow and since this isn't a thick pillow it works beautifully. Game changer for me while sleeping. Read more
Got a helix piercing last week on a whim. They mentioned I really shouldn't sleep on it for a month or so. Yikes, I'm a side sleeper and prefer that side. I wondered if there was some kind of pillow with a hole in it for your ear and lo and behold... I ordered this one because it had a lot of good reviews and it would arrive same day. Well son of a gun, it works. Little pillow with a hole in the middle just the right size for my ear. My only complaint is that it's pretty hard. I use soft latex foam pillows and this feels like a rock in comparison. It's too small to use by itself (less than a foot across) so I have to put it on top of my regular pillow. I find it hard to get it positioned comfortably. That's probably my overly tender head, maybe the stiffness of it wouldn't bother folks with normal heads. Read more

I was worried it was too small, but the design makes it so you can use it with your regular pillow. It's super soft and the ear hole fits perfectly to my head. It has saved me from many sleepless nights. I pierced both my ears, 3 in my right cartilage and 1 in my left cartilage and it was impossible to sleep until I got this pillow as I primarily sleep on my side. 100% recommend this pillow for new ear piercings. It’s the best purchase I made. It’s super soft and comfortable. And the BEST part is there’s a zipper that lets you remove however much stuffing you want, to make it as firm or as soft as you want it. So perfect!!
