The true win in this set is the manual ear sprayer. It does exactly what I needed it to. Easy to use, easy to setup. No mess. Effectiveness at removing ear dirt and wax. A key thing to know, to allow it to work best, use ear wax drops 20 to 30 minutes before using the flush unit. Or, spray your ear, and wait 20 to 30 minutes to allow time for the wax to soften. Then have at it with the ear wash. I keep at it until the catch cup come out clear. For me, on a really badly plug ear, about ten cups worth of water. Once done, my hearing in the blocked ear is totally restored. The ear canal camera works. It might not be the best, but good enough to evaluate one's ear. I bought this ear cleaner because I've been struggling with earwax and having ear pain and trouble hearing as a result of it. This product deserves 5 stars because not only was it a good price, it's high quality and helped my earwax problem a lot. It was very easy to set up and use and I like that the app can store pictures and data and I also like the fact that it came with extra attachments in different shapes and sizes. I like this device. It doesn't need batteries for the ear flushing process. It's a manuel ear cleaning device. You do need to make sure you’re adding luke warm water to the base. You control the "pressure" of water going into your ear. The faster you push the button, the harder the water flows into your ear. Separate attachment helps see where the wax is. You have to connect this via wifi. That device charges using USB-C. It does come with a small cord to charge that only. Good option for wax buildup. DONT USE IF YOU HAVE EAR PAIN OR INFECTION!!! This product was easy to assemble and use. It's lightweight, and though it's plastic, it seems durable for its use. I really love the camera that you could use to look inside your ear. I wasn't pleased with what I saw, though I clean my ears regularly. I was able to use this item to clean them more. The camera was difficult to pair with my iPhone, but it connected after several attempts. I definitely recommend you give it a try. Read more
